Both Carolinas have begun a new school year. There’ll be new classrooms, teachers, students, and ideas. However, the agenda will remain the same. This is a refresher for those who aren’t fully aware of what goes on within the school system.
Many of these issues are not as obvious within the classrooms. Subtly within the administration and non-curriculum syllabus, there remains no doubt. Many parents and caretakers aren’t aware of the “big business” that is alive and well within our school systems today.
Some believe that being in the buckle of the bible belt our schools offer a safe space. And it is, but not in how you’d describe it.
Have you noticed how School Safety is a huge topic in schools today? I’m grateful that there is such an interest because no one wants these students to be harmed in any way. However, digging a little deeper, shows “School Safety” is the umbrella sheltering the other particulars, bringing this whole platform together.
The chief vendor of this school safety can be found at https://gaggle.net.
The Board of Education members will tell the folks that this is not happening in their schools. The board claims to be an advocate for the students. While true, to an extent, the board spends more effort and attention in running interference for the superintendent. Many boards still behave as if they work at the pleasure of the superintendent.
There is still the practice of DEI within the system, along with the vendors and practitioners of such. The SEL (Social and Emotional Learning), therapy, and mental health monitoring are all still available. Schools are becoming a training center for future generations of people who will become too scarred and brainwashed to make it in this society, without the help of Uncle Sugar.
